Remarks :

Positive is they have good labs and many highly qualified professors to teach you. They provide many vast varieties of opportunities for the students which help them to enjoy their studying. The thing is they cost for everything you do in college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Good, they follow updated type of conducting exams.which have three internal exams if we qualify or pass two exams we are allowed to attend our end sem exams. If we won’t reach this limitation we are under a category of RI.

Placement Experience :

Bast companies come for placements. The most companies are based on mechanical, Automobile, Computer science, Electrical and aeronautical which are very limited. They provide and encourage all Students for internships.

College Events :

They celebrate many functions such are Aerona, Freshers day, sports fest, many seminars which are very useful in our future. They connect inter department competitions within the college. And many cultural competitions.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

It’s too expensive for aeronautical department but they give a huge scholarships. Many people are eligible to apply for the scholarships. If you have any sports background you will get easily. And if you are exceptional in curriculum even for that you will get scholarships.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

They provide many scholarships which as a category of 50%, 75% & 100%. This scholarships are based on purely your academic performance or extra curriculam activities. This scholarships are also given based on JEE score which will decide which category you belongs.

Campus Life :

They have very good technical labs and they provide first class opportunities for all students to correlate their theoretical knowledge to practical knowledge. They have huge and many sports arenas which will have high standards of equipment to train the athletes.

Hostel Facilities :

They have very good facilities in hostels which are both for international students and for all people. They provide very good quality of food in the hostel. They have sick rooms which will help to treat people who suffers from any infected problems.

External Expense : Rs.7000 - Rs.10000

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes, they are helpful in many ways. They have been experienced in many ways they guide us to do different things from other perspectives. They used to tell their failures of their way and insisted us to not repeat.

Admission :

I have written entrance exam conducted by the university and have obtained the admissions. Followed by documentation verification and from their to college admission office in guindy. Then they have structured my tuition fee. Then I have joined in th college.

Faculty :

They are good qualified professors. They take all initiative to teach us and connect us to the industrial world. They take responsibilities to provide us good knowledge and provide the best facilities to improve our knowledge.

Average college but a good place to study on your own

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Students who pursuing five and sixth semesters onwards are eligible to attend the placements and internship. Mostly the IT companies are visited frequently and core companies are low. Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
