Remarks :
All good Except Placements and internships,nice atmosphere, great teaching culture, good character building of students. I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 years there and I can be damn well sure that whoever goes there for study will enjoy their stay as much.
Course Curriculum Overview :
So Basically its a. 4 year Program which comprises 8 semesters with different subjects and projects. Most of the extensive study happens after 5th semester where you will have to do projects mostly every semester including a grand project in the 7th and 8th semester. But since it's a group project you dont have too much burden on yourself.
Placement Experience :
This is the only part that sucks about my college since the college is in rural part of the less known District Patan(Not-so Less Known Now) the internship and placements are none. No companies wants to hire graduates from the college,so basically you are on your own once you are graduated.
College Events :
Independence day, Sports week, environment day, Navratra week,Diwali celebration,Repulic day,as well as other events like Janmashtami,Holi and other Religious festivities that comes every year,they all are celebrated at equal fervor.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fee structure is very feasible. If you are very high on the merit list then you might even get the free seat in which you dont even have to pay a Penny for fees.the payment of fees is done on online portals which comes at every mid semester.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Since this is a Government College no loans are there but if you are a reserves student you can get the scholarship based on Government quota. if you need a loan then you must apply for personal loans.
Campus Life :
They are amongst the best. We celebrate Sports-week in every February which includes all the indoors as well as outdoors games,Special games for girls also there,all the labs are there. Though they are understaffed but you can get your hand on all the equipments.
Hostel Facilities :
There are 2 hostels one each for girls and boys and both are identical in terms of infrastructure. They both have the indoor Kitchen and mess as well as the bedrooms that can ocupate at least 200 students. The food quality is great and the staff is very kind.
Alumni/Alumna :
They are very generous and helpful for fresher students,they add you to the numerous activities groups for social and cultural activities.at the exam time they even share their past experiences of the subjects you find hard and even advises you to which elective subject you should pursue.
Admission :
All the admission process happens on the online government websites where you need to fill your 12th marks and required certificates then they will sort you out based on the merit list and then you need to wait for the colleges to approve of your merit to get an admission. Whole process is very easy but long.
Faculty :
They are well educated and have the vast experience of teaching. They know their subjects well and are always very attentive and helpful. You can ask them anything regarding your problems and you will get a resolution sooner rather than later.
