Remarks :
I love this place. The weather is great, campus is beautiful. Classrooms are fully equipped with projectors, ac, etc. Overall I'm loving my college life because of so many factors, plus people are really helpful.
Course Curriculum Overview :
We particularly follow PCI guidelines which is great for all the pharma students out there. Talking about the exam pattern, we have 2 internal assessments each of 30 marks, two lab internal assessments, one lab end semester exam and one end semester theory exam. Passing marks is 50%.
Placement Experience :
Placement and job opportunities are really great. Several companies like Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Byjus, etc come for the campus placement. We're provided with amazing internships and training sesion. Goldman Sachs interns often get more than 70k/month.
College Events :
1. Mega fest of Eastern India- Bitotsav 2. Largest Hackathon- Hack a bit 3. Technical fest- Pantheon 4. Sports fest- Vajra 5. Fest by different clubs and societies like dance club, racing car, music club, literary society, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
It is feasible. Being a deemed university, the course fee is really great. Talking about the tuition fees, it is around 1lakh per semester which is quite affordable when you see its long term benefits.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
We have gp birla scholarship for meritorious students, who are not financially sufficient. Apart from this, we have several scholarships for various classes. Even we get fellowship and other opportunities.
Campus Life :
They are good for the overall development of the students. We have 3-4 large grounds, Infact a single department has around 10 fully equipped labs. We have indoor sports hall, gyms in the hostels as well as in the campus.
Alumni/Alumna :
We have this body called SARC which greatly manages, alumni relationship. They are quite beneficial for training and placements. Moreover, annually we also organise Alumni meet for the pass out BITians.
Admission :
I qualified NEET'17 and then applied for my course. After that, I was called up for the counselling session. For my course, they had 60 seats in which 30 was for neet and 30 for jee. In that each 30, 15 was for Jharkhand state, and rest 15 for other states.
Faculty :
They are great! We get to learn a lot from them. Some of them are extraordinarily qualified and talented. But the best part is that they keep us motivating for our careers. They tell us about the strength of our profession.
