Course Curriculum Overview :
Course structure is pretty awesome and consists of four modules. Final modules more or less consists of the placement or the internship process, while the rest of the modules covers the media basics and advanced media concepts and subject specialization.
Placement Experience :
Placements are pretty good here. Most of the students are employed by the TIMES group only while others sit for the on campus recruitment process where other media houses visit to absorb the best of the talents for the job profiles like TV presenter, video editor, content manager, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Course Fee for one year program was around 2.7 lacs. The PGD program from the Times Group is one of the premium courses in its domain, which worth more when written on your resume.
Campus Life :
Campus life is pretty awesome. We had a lot of fun, along with the learning. The infra is pretty cool and the institute had all the latest tools and equipment required for a Mass Communication program. Air-conditioned classrooms with overhead projectors, audio, and video systems. An air-conditioned Broadcast studio with AV enabled mixers and most advanced cameras.
Admission :
Admissions are on the basis of an entrance test. The students who clear the exam, have to appear for the interview process. The interview process was pretty lengthy and tedious. The panel was pretty experienced and they were really in a mood of scrutiny.
Faculty :
The faculty consists of the senior editors and reporters from the Times group other media brands and industry professionals. Overall the standard of teaching is pretty great and all the faculty members have an ample of experience which they endow upon us.
