Remarks :

Overall it is well reputed college(NAAC high rated college). We had a good times, placements, learned a lot, biggest library center, net cafe, 5S management for mess, hygiene food and well equipped labs but, little bit expensive.

Course Curriculum Overview :

It was good. Every semester i have got different experience. Exam structure : periodical 1, 2(1.5 hour), Assignments, Project, practicals, model exam and semester. They have changed the pattern every year.

Placement Experience :

Placements are good in my college. From 2 year onwards they were gave training for placements and they were appointed the staff for all department. We had 5 periods in a week. TCS was a bulk recruiter. I have placed in TCS. Not only IT sector few core companies were also came. Out of 350, almost (290) were placed. Most of the students were placed in TCS. Few companies offered the internship programme. We went to Ooty RAC for implant training.

College Events :

In our college, we have more than 75 students club. Every club will conduct the events.Every year in September month, We have a symposium named as 'Futura'. In futura, Project presentation, meteora, robowar, club events, Ignite (polytechnic students) and school event were an important events. We have celebrate pongal vizha as grandeur every year. College management spent huge amount for that.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

From my perspective, It was expensive. Nearby 8 lakhs i have spent for college fee. Every year i have to pay 170000 lakhs ( including college fee, hostel fee, mess fee and extra curricular activities)

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I am not aware of scholarship / loan facilities offered by our college. But i know few of my collegemate had a scholarship who was the topper of my department and he got scholarship after he secured his cgpa above 9

Campus Life :

Our college chairman, SV Bala subramaniyan always encouraging the sports and extracurricular activities. That's why? We had a radio station, huge ground for outdoor game, we have indoor game ground, and more than 75 clubs

Hostel Facilities :

Yes, I was stayed in hostel. We have separate hostels for both boys and girls. For boys, we have four hostel name like Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby, Diamond and for girls, they have ganga, yamuna, narmadha, and few more. Hostel was good actually. We had some facilities like laundry, canteen, mess, tea shop, cafeteria, common restrooms for each wing, hot and cold water facilities were also there. They were appointed caretaker and wardens for every wing. Mostly wardens were staff.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

I have to say that, alumni network doing their best. Every year we have an alumni meet. Still, I have frequently getting emails from alumni team for updates, placements and seeking help for those who all are need help

Admission :

I was got admission through management quota. I just went to my college office and filled my application form. Submitted to AO office and then, they sort it out by marks. Called out me after 1 week and paid my college fee.

Faculty :

From my perspective, my department faculty well expertise in their own field. More than 10 Staff had a Ph.D, most of the staff have above 10 years experience. 5 people were pursuing Ph.D and few research scholars were also there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was comprehensive and we have an option to choose free electives from other departments too. We would have 2 quizzes and one end semester exam in a semester and meanwhile assignments will be shared at regular intervals of time.

Good and low fees

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. The highest salary package is 12lpa and the average salary package is 6lpa.80 percentage of students are getting placements in our college. I want to do a master's and I want to work on my course.
