AIIMS Patna is as safe as any other AIIMS in the country. Guards have been stationed throughout the campus to prevent any unwanted behavior. Being a national institution, it has not had a single mishap with its students in its four years of existence.

Following are some of the facilities offered by AIIMS Patna:

AIIMS Patna hostel provides electricity and water 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
There is also an elevator at the hostel which means you do not have to use the stairs for most of your time.
Every floor of the hostel building has water coolers and a RO system, ensuring good access to cool and pure water at all times.
There are four washrooms for students on each floor, which is more than adequate.
During the winter season, 1 geyser is available by the concerned authority on each floor to provide hot water to the students for various purposes.
Every floor includes television as well for entertainment purposes.
One of the advantages of the AIIMS Patna hostel is that every student will get a personal room.

There are 4 lecture halls at AIIMS Patna. Each one comes with a sound system, a smartboard, a projector, and other cutting-edge technology. Laboratories, seminar rooms, libraries, study rooms, and lecture halls are all air-conditioned, making for a considerably more pleasant setting.
