How do I apply for the RGUHS permanent certificate MBBS? I didn't receive it through mail till date.
If you haven’t received your permanent certificate from RGUHS, you should contact your college or university. There can be two likely cases - your college hasn’t forwarded the convocation form to RGUHS, or you forgot to submit the application form.
If you have the original application form and you haven’t submitted it, you can contact RGUHS. They will verify your MBBS mark sheets, certificates and provide you with the degree certificate.
If you don’t have the application form then you should have a Xerox copy. Check if the Xerox copy has RUHS seal with date on it. If there’s no seal and date, then RGUHS, hasn't received your application. You should contact your college for further details.

One of my friends recently came across the same situation. Let me share her experience which might give you a clear idea. Since you have not mentioned the year of your graduation, let me assume it to be 1 year ago.
- Contact your college as it could have reached them. If not, then either your college has not forwarded your application or it has been handed over to you for submission at RGUHS and you haven't done that.
- Check your documents for a photocopy and original “Convocation Form" of RGUHS.
- If you have a photocopy, which you must have, check for the RGUHS seal and the date it has.
- Visit RGUHS and ask them about it. They would send you to the second floor of the “Counselling Department”.
- If your photocopy does not have an RGUHS seal with the date, they have not received your application.
Contact your college for further details. The staff is really helpful, so there is nothing to worry about.
