Getting into IIM Bangalore is quite hard and it takes dedication and hard work. IIM Bangalore only allows students in the admission process whose class 12th marks and 10th marks are a minimum of 85 and 95% respectively. It varies according to the stream, 85% for science students and 80% for commerce students. Also if you have work experience then IIM Bangalore will definitely have a preference for you rather than someone without working experience.
  • A work experience of 3 years or more will catch their attention if you score really well in the CAT exam.
  • The cut-off for IIM Bangalore in the CAT exam for the previous year was 99.7 percentile.
  • Students who got selected in this were then chosen according to the initial grades and the working experience.
  • Then the interview process takes place.
  • You must be aware of everything in their life and should be clear about themselves if asked any questions.
  • The interview seems like a simple step but it is the most crucial one.
  • It is the best shot to get selected in the institute.
  • It receives thousands of applicants every year and almost all of them have a good academic background and working experience.
To stand out from them you need to be very presentable and attractive to the interviewers and gain positive remarks from them. The more positive remarks you get the better your chances become in getting into the institute.
