In the 1st year of college, the syllabus is the same for All the departments and branches.

The first two consecutive semesters cover the same subjects for all the branches that include basic School subjects, basic mechanical, Basic EEE, and C programming as an additional.

The Department of Aerospace was started in Karunya University with the primary objective to produce aerospace engineers for meeting the ever-growing demand for engineers for serving the sectors that are civil aeronautical and defense-oriented. One of my friends studied at Karunya University. According to him, it is very reputed in the country. The campus environment is peaceful and comfortable.

• The laboratories available at this college are good and equipped with modern machinery. 
• There are hostels available for the students. All basic facilities such as laundry service are being provided to the students. 
• These facilities are a big relief to those students who don't have enough free time to wash their clothes. 
• The rules and regulations of this institution are very strict, especially for girls. 
• The campus is far away from the main city of Coimbatore, sometimes it becomes difficult to travel from the city to campus. 
• You will have to take permission from the administration for almost everything by writing them a letter or an application.
