How did you train Servo Institute's faculty to deliver hospitality program to the students?
On the successful appointment of a faculty for a specific post/department; he/she undergoes 15 days training at the Institute, to prepare him/her with the guidelines of the institution and the teaching pedagogy. Teaching material, laptops, learning portal id/password are delivered to them during the training. Faculty members are trained to deliver the best to the students. They are regularly updated with the curriculum, teaching pedagogy, upcoming projects & tasks. International conferences, seminars, workshops help them to gain the maximum and latest trends prevailing in the industry.
