New Delhi: Teerthankar Mahavir University (TMU) has announced a bunch of distance learning courses for students at the UG, PG level. The admission registration process for this courses is open and students will be able to apply till March 31, 2024.
This initiative by TMU Distance Education caters to students who seek educational advancement without constraints, enabling students from diverse backgrounds to access quality education. Earlier, the university would only offer offline or on-campus courses. As a first, TMU will be offering four programs to students:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
- Master of Commerce (M.Com)
- Master of Arts (MA) in Economics

About TMU Distance BBA Course
The distance Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Course by TMU is a full time degree course with a duration of 3 years. The course has been designed for students who aspire to make it big in banking, finance, and other major corporate industries.
Eligibility Criteria:
You must have passed your 10+2 exam from any recognised board with a score of a minimum 50% to be eligible for the program.
About TMU Distance B.Com Course
The Distance B.Com Course offered by TMU is a full time, three-year degree course delivered in online mode. It will be offering a comprehensive study of finance, accounting, and business management. Access interactive coursework designed for the digital realm, preparing you for success in the evolving commercial landscape.
Eligibility Criteria:
You must have passed your 10+2 exam from any recognised board i science/commerce stream with a score of a minimum 50% to be eligible for the program.
About TMU M.Com Course
TMU’s M.Com course is for a duration of two years and will be delivered in English Medium. The program will be focusing on advanced financial strategies, global business, and leadership. Tailored for professionals, the curriculum covers cutting-edge concepts in economics, accounting, and market trends, preparing you for dynamic business environments. Suggested Fee for M.Com programme is INR 20700

Graduation in commerce stream from UGC recognized University with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
About TMU Distance BA Course
TMU is offering BA in Economics in distance mode from the year 2024-25. The Master of Arts (MA) in Economics program equips students with advanced knowledge and quantitative skills necessary to work in numerous fields, such as the business world, consulting industry, central government, etc. Suggested Fee for MA- Economics programme is INR 20700
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation in any stream from UGC recognized University with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
About TMU Distance MBA Course
A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a two-year professional degree program offered at TMU DDE PG. The course is intended to evolve the skills of learners to fulfill modern professional needs. Suggested Fee for MBA programme is INR 30600
