MDU is inviting fresh applications for BTech, BTech (Lateral), and BTech/MTech for Working Professionals from Oct 7 to Oct 22, 2024. Counselling for the applicants is scheduled on Oct 12th, 19th, and 23rd.
Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, has announced the admission schedule against leftover seats for various UG and PG engineering programs for the academic session 2024-25. Applications are open for engineering courses including B.Tech 1st year, B.Tech. 2nd year (Lateral Entry), and B.Tech/M.Tech for working professionals from October 7 to October 22, 2024 to fill-up the vacant seats. Aspirants can register through the university’s official website @mdu.ac.in with an application fee of INR 1000 for General Category and INR 700 for Reserved Categories (SC/SCD/BC/PH/FF/ESM/KM/Girls).
Admissions will be completely based on the guidelines of HSTES/AICTE/MDU Rohtak. Counselling of applicants for all the above mentioned courses (including courses for working professionals) will be held on October 12 & October 23, 2024. While counselling will be held on October 19, 2024 only for applicants of BTech/MTech for Working Professionals.

Candidates seeking admission to BTech, BTech (Lateral), and BTech/MTech for Working Professionals against vacant seats can follow the steps mentioned below to apply:
- Visit the Official Website: Candidates must visit MDU’s official website @mdu.ac.in.
- Click on the Admission Tab: Next, candidates must click on the ‘Admission’ Tab and select the course they’re desiring to apply for.
- Click on New Registration: Candidates will now be redirected to the Samarth Portal of the university, wherein they must click on the ‘New Registration’ button.
- Fill-up the Details: All the relevant information should be filled-in by the candidates. Also, the mobile number and email address entered should be working and valid.
- Uploading of Documents: Candidates must upload the relevant documents like their photo & signature in the right format and size.
