Documents to Carry at the Time of Reporting
Candidates must carry originals and self-attested copies of all documents. These include the PGCET 2026 scorecard, qualifying degree mark sheets, and the admission order. The college verifies these before confirming the admission.
Students must also carry a valid photo ID and recent passport photographs. Any mismatch in details can delay the reporting process.

How to Pay the PGCET 2026 Admission Fee?
- KEA allows candidates to pay the admission fee through an E-challan.
- Students can also use the online payment mode on the KEA portal.
- Payments are processed through designated bank branches listed in the official notice.
- After successful payment, candidates must download the admission order and fee receipt.
- They should then report to the allotted college in person.
- Students must carry the printed admission order and all original documents.
KEA had earlier set October 9 as the fee and reporting last date. The fresh extension to October 12 gives candidates three more working days. It helps students facing banking delays or document verification issues.
