New Delhi: Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) has released the response sheet for Joint Entrance Examination Advanced (JEE Advanced) 2024 on May 31, 2024. Candidates who appeared for JEE Advanced 2024 can now download the response sheet through the official website, jeeadv.ac.in.

How to Calculate your JEE Advanced 2024 Score using Response Sheet?
You must follow the below steps to calculate your JEE Advanced 2024 score using your response sheet and answer key:
- Open the JEE Advanced 2024 response sheet and answer key
- Note the question and correct option ID from the answer key pdf
- Check if the JEE Advanced 2024 response sheet contains the same option ID against the same question ID
- If the option ID is the same, then add marks
- If the option ID in the two is different, the mark will be deducted.

The authority will consider those candidates who have appeared for Paper 1 and Paper 2 in JEE Advanced for inclusion in the common rank list (CRL). Marks obtained in Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be taken while the rank is calculated by the concerned authorities. The example is mentioned below:
Marks obtained in Physics = Marks obtained in Paper 1 (Physics) + Marks obtained in Paper 2 (Physics)
Similar methods will be used for calculating total marks for Mathematics and Chemistry. The aggregate marks for JEE Advanced will be calculated using the following formula:
Aggregate Marks/Scores obtained in JEE Advanced = Aggregate marks in (Physics + Mathematics + Chemistry)
The rank list of JEE Advanced 2024 will be prepared based on the aggregate marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance examination. Only candidates who score the minimum prescribed marks in each subject and in aggregate will be included in the rank list.
