IPUCET 2024: GGSIPU Announces Last and Final Round of Counselling for B.Pharm

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), has also released last and final round of Offline counseling notification for admission to B. Pharm program for academic session 2024-25. This round will be conducted for filling the remaining seats against scores/merit of CET and CUET, 2024-25. Eligible candidates should prepare for documentation verification as well as seat allotment process through offline mode in person on November 26, 2024 at 10 AM onwards.

Schedule for Counselling

• Date: 26th November 2024 (Tuesday).
• Venue: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka Campus, New Delhi.
• Reporting Time:
  • CET Candidates: 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
  • CUET Candidates: 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

Key Highlights of the Counselling Process

• Program Name: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Code 133.
• Mode of Counselling: Offline.
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Merit-based on CET (Common Entrance Test) and CUET (Common University Entrance Test) scores.
  • Applicable to all categories on an All India basis, irrespective of region.

Documents Required

Candidates must carry the following documents in original and self-attested photocopies for verification:

1. CET/CUET Admit Card and Scorecard.
2. Class 10th and 12th Mark Sheets and Passing Certificates.
3. Medical Certificate (as per Appendix 5 of the Admission Brochure).
4. School Character Certificate.
5. Gap-Year Affidavit (if applicable).
6. Valid Photo ID Proof.
7. Certificates supporting any reservation claims (if applicable).

Fee Structure

• Registration Fee: ₹5,000.
• Counselling Participation Fee: ₹96,000 (non-refundable).
• Fee payment must be completed during the verification of documents.

Allotment and Reporting

1. Seat Allotment:
   • Seats will be allotted strictly based on merit from CET and CUET scores.
   • Allotments will not be subject to any change after confirmation.
2. Final Reporting:
   • Candidates allotted seats must report to their respective institutions by 28th November 2024 with the remaining balance fees.
