Burdwan University is conducting Online Counselling (Phase 2) for B.Ed. 2024-26 session. The online counselling is scheduled for November 26, 2024 at 11:00 am. Candidates need to join the Google Meet link as shared in the official notification.

Once the merit-based selection is completed, the provisionally selected candidates must pay the admission fee to secure their seats for the B.Ed. program. Candidates can pay the fee from November 26 to November 29, 2024.

Steps to Pay the B.Ed. Admission Fee
The provisionally selected candidates must pay the fee online. Candidates can follow the below steps for payment of the admission fee:
- Visit the official SBI bank link (onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm)
- Select “Educational Institutions” under “Select Category”
- Search “Burdwan University or The University of Burdwan”
- Choose “ADMISSION FEES FOR B.ED. COURSE-2024 AT BU CAMPUS” in the dropdown under the Payment category
Note: Students should ensure collection of E-receipt of successful payment generated in the online system with “Successful” payment status.

Burdwan University B.Ed. Important Instruction
- The online session through Google Meet is conducted only for merit-based selection/ allotment of candidates based on eligibility and merit criteria.
- All eligible candidates should compulsorily attend online session through Google Meet.
- Candidates should enter their respective Google Meet room at the scheduled time and wait for the administrator to admit them.
- Candidates who do not log in and attend the session at the stipulated date and time will be marked as ABSENT.
- Candidates must ensure that they are having good Internet connectivity during the session.
- Candidates shall keep their academic testimonials and SC/ST certificates in original with them during the online session.
Note: Candidates attending the online session don't ensure selection unless seats are available.
Admission of the candidates will be confirmed only after document verification which will be carried out by the Department of Education, Burdwan University. The document verification will be conducted on December 2 and December 3, 2024. Candidates can visit the official website for the latest updates.
