Gurugram University has released the list of candidates shortlisted for the Ph.D. program. Candidates who want to seek admission for Ph.D. Physics will have to appear for the interview and document verification on November 20, 2024.

The shortlisted candidates for Ph.D. Mathematics and Law must appear for the interview and document verification on November 21, 2024.

Eligible candidates must appear for the interview and document verification as per the scheduled dates.

Gurugram University Ph.D. Admission Documents Required

Shortlisted candidates must carry all the below-mentioned documents in original and xerox copy for the verification process:

• Computer-generated application form duly signed by the applicant
• 10th Certificate
• 12th Certificate
• Degree and Marksheets of Graduation
• Marksheets of the qualifying examination ie. LLM
• Certificate and Scorecard of NET Score (Category 1, 2 and 3)
• Latest Character Certificate
• Certificate of Reserved Category and other related certificates (if applicable)
• Income certificate, if required.
• Haryana Residence Certificate, if applicable.
• Parivar Pehchan Patra (Latest Family ID) for Haryana Residents Only.
• Certificate of gap year, if any.
• Migration Certificate (within 30 days of admission)
• Address Proof (Aadhar Card)
