IPU B.Arch Round 1 Counselling 2023 Open till July 25; Check Details Here

New Delhi: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIU) has announced the schedule for online registration and fee payment for counselling, as well as online document verification for admission to the BArch program for the academic session 2023-24. The Round 1 Registration began on July 18 and will conclude on July 25, 2023. The IPU B.Arch Merit List is scheduled to be released on July 31, 2023

IPU BArch Counselling will be done based on valid NATA 2023 scores. All NATA-qualified candidates can participate in the centralized online IPU BArch Counseling. They must complete their registration process by July 25, 2023, and pay the application fee of INR 1500.

Candidates appearing for the IPU B.Arch counselling for the year 2023 can check the merit list on July 31, 2023, on the official website. The IPU B.Arch 2023 merit list will be prepared by the authorities, taking into account the NATA 2023 scores of the candidates. Those candidates whose names appear in the IPU B.Arch merit list will be eligible to participate in the counselling and seat allotment process.

• Candidates selected based on the merit list will have the opportunity to participate in the counselling and seat allotment process for IPU B.Arch admission 2023. During the counselling, candidates will be chosen for seat allotment based on their NATA 2023 scores and adherence to the eligibility criteria specified by the authorities.

• Further information about the IPU B.Arch admission 2023 counselling process will be accessible on the official website. Candidates must Foley to the specified schedule and appear at the designated IPU B.Arch 2023 counselling venue with all necessary documents. 

• In addition, candidates are required to pay a non-refundable counselling fee of INR 1000 during the IPU B.Arch 2023 counselling process.

IPU B.Arch 2023 Counselling: Merit List 

Admission to the colleges affiliated with IPU depends on the candidates' scores in NATA and their qualifying examination marks. A merit list of the candidates is prepared, and the weightage for selection is distributed as follows:

• Architectural Aptitude (NATA score) - 50%
• Qualifying Examination (i.e., 10+2 OR 10+3 years diploma) - 50%

IPU B.Arch 2023 Counselling requires candidates to bring a set of documents for verification. Candidates must carry all original documents along with three sets of attested photocopies for the verification process.
