IIM Ahmedabad has successfully concluded the third cluster of its Final Placement Process 2025, with top firms from multiple industries offering roles across various domains. The complete placement report will be released soon.

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad successfully conducted Cluster 3 of the Final Placement Process for the PGP Class of 2025 on February 6, 2025. The third cluster included eight cohorts, covering diverse sectors such as BFSI, Analytics & IT Consulting, Core Manufacturing & Infrastructure, Renewable Energy & Greentech, Government Enterprises, Enterprise Tech, FinTech, and Logistics.

IIM Ahmedabad Cluster 3 Placement 2025: Key Recruiters & Hiring Trends

Among the leading recruiters, Fin IQ Consulting and NewGen Software Tech emerged as the top firms, making five offers each. OYO followed closely with four offers. The placement cluster witnessed participation from Google, Hilabs, NPCI, Javis, Qualcomm, S&P Global, Clinton Health Access Initiative, Integrow Asset Management, and NASDAQ.

There was a high number of dream job applications, reinforcing the effectiveness of IIM Ahmedabad's Cluster-Cohort placement model, which ensures an optimal match between candidates and recruiters. Students also secured international job opportunities, with firms like IKEA (Sweden) and Fast Retailing hiring from the institute.

With the completion of Cluster 3, IIM Ahmedabad will soon release a detailed placement report, summarizing the hiring trends, recruiter participation, and job offers across all clusters.
