IGNOU Admission 2023 July Session Application Deadline Extended till October 20 ; Check Details Here

New Delhi: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the application deadline once again for admission to all its programs for the July 2023 session. Candidates who have not yet submitted their online application forms can now do so through the official website at ignou.ac.in until October 20, 2023.

IGNOU provides a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in various fields, including design, management, fashion, business, media, nursing, and the retail industry. Previously, the registration deadline was extended until October 10 from September 30, 2023.

Before these extensions, the original application deadline was August 10, 2023. Interested candidates now have the opportunity to apply for IGNOU Admissions 2023 on the official university website until October 20, 2023.

IGNOU Admission 2023 to the UG, PG, certificate, and diploma programs is determined by the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination. However, admission to the BEd program is strictly based on candidates obtaining valid scores in the respective entrance exams.

IGNOU Admission 2023 July Session: Highlights 

IGNOU conducts its own entrance examination for admission to its MBA, B.Ed, M.Ed, Post Basic B.Sc, and Nursing programs. Candidates aspiring to join these programs are required to take the entrance examination. After the entrance exam, shortlisted candidates may also be required to participate in a personal interview round as part of the final selection process.

Candidates can go through the following steps to apply for admission to IGNOU Programs. 

Step 1: Visit the official website of Indira Gandhi National Open University @ignou.ac.in.

Step 2: Navigate to the "Programs" section, which can be found on the homepage.

Step 3: Select the specific course you wish to apply for from the list of available programs.

Step 4: Click on the link provided for IGNOU program registration.

Step 5: Complete the necessary details required for registration to obtain your login credentials.

Step 6: Log in using the provided registration credentials and proceed to fill out the required information in the application form.

Step 7: After completing the application form, click on the "Submit" button.

Step 8: Take a printout of the application form for future reference.
