Procedure for GUJCET Application Form Correction

Candidates who wish to rectify errors in their submitted GUJCET 2025 Exam application form must follow these steps:

  • Download the Correction Form: The correction application form can be accessed through the official link: GUJCET 2025 Correction Form.
  • Fill the Required Details: Candidates must provide their name, address, contact details, application number, and the corrections needed.
  • Attach Supporting Documents: Applicants should include:
  1. Xerox copy of the original application form (with errors underlined in red)
  2. Two passport-size photographs
  3. Xerox copy of correction receipt

Steps to Fill GUJCET 2025 Application Form

For candidates who are yet to apply, the following steps outline the registration process:

Step 1: Registration

  • Enter details such as name, gender, mobile number, email ID, and create a password.
  • Submit the form to receive an OTP for verification.

Step 2: Payment of Fees

  • Log in using registered credentials.
  • Pay the application fee online via net banking, debit/credit card, or SBI branch payment.
  • Take a printout of the payment receipt.

Step 3: Uploading Documents

  • Provide personal and academic details, including Aadhaar number, school index number, and examination center.
  • Upload scanned images of photograph and signature as per the prescribed format.

Step 4: Print Application Form

  • After final submission, download and print the completed application form for future reference.
