COMEDK Round 2 Phase 2 counselling schedule has been released on the official website i.e. https://comedk.org/. The Choice Filling is starting from August 3, 2024 at 11 AM. To participate in this counselling you must be a General Merit candidate with A&U or R&U status in R1. Candidates who did not get any seats in round 2 phase 1 can also participate in the phase 2 counselling. The registration fee for the online counselling is INR 2000.

What are the eligibility criteria for COMEDK Round 2 Phase 2 counselling?
- The detailed eligibility criteria are mentioned below.
- If you are a General Merit candidate with Accept & Upgrade Or Reject & Upgrade status in R1.
- KKR candidate holding GM seat.
- If you have passed the supplementary exam in 2024 (Supplementary candidates have to mandatorily upload the 12th standard supplementary mark sheet and do choice filling before the specified time)
- General merit candidates who have completed choice filling during round 1 will be considered.
Can I cancel my seat after COMEDK round 2 phase 2 counselling?
If you have accepted a seat in Round 2 counselling, you can cancel within the specified time in the counselling schedule for seat cancellation. In that case, you will not be allowed to participate in round 3 counselling. After Round 3 you are not allowed to cancel your seat and you have to join the allotted college. You can cancel your seat through online login only. It cannot be done through phone, email, post etc.
Is the COMEDK counselling registration fee refundable?
The registration fee is INR 2000 which is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you want to cancel your seat during the seat allotment in round 3, the fee will be forfeited and you have to pay a prescribed penalty additionally.
What is the refund policy for the total fee?
The total fee will not be refunded if you Accept & Freeze at the end of each Round. The total fee (excluding the registration fee) will be refunded if you choose Reject & Withdraw in Round 1 and Round 2. Reject & upgrade candidates of Round 2 who did not get any seat in Round 3 can get the fee refunded. Reject & upgrade candidates who click ‘EXIT’ after Round 2 Phase 2 to exit the counselling process then the total fee will be refunded to them.
How many seats can be vacant for COMEDK Round 2 Phase 2 counselling?
The total seats were 22719 for GM and 3654 for KKR/HKR. The total number of vacant seats was 8555 (For GM and HKR) after the allotment of 17818 seats to candidates in the the Round 1 counselling. For the Round 2 Phase 2 counselling only remaining vacant GM seats are 20064.
