New Delhi: The Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, (CSJMU) has released the CSJMU Kanpur BTech Result 2023 for the round 2 counselling process in online mode on its official website @csjmu.ac.in.
With the release of BTech result 2023 for round 2, the CSJMU (Kanpur University) will further release the merit list based on the candidates' scores. Candidates can check the result status by entering their roll number and other login credentials on the result page.
Following the result announcement, students are recommended to visit the university's website to verify their result status, view the cutoff marks, or access information regarding the counselling procedure.
CSJMU Kanpur Round 2 BTech Result 2023: How to Check?
Once the CSJMU BTech result 2023 is announced, candidates have the option to verify their results on the official website of CSJMU Kanpur University. In order to check their result, candidates can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the official website of CSJMU Kanpur University.
Step 2: On the Homepage, locate and click on the "Results" tab.
Step 3: Choose the specific examination category, such as "CSJMU Entrance Exam."
Step 4: Provide your accurate roll number and other required details. Click the "Submit" button.
Step 5: The CSJMU Kanpur Round 2 BTech Results 2023 will be displayed on the screen.

CSJMU Kanpur BTech Round 3 Counselling 2023 Process
After the seat allotment, it is necessary to submit the Seat Acceptance Fee by the specified deadline. The Seat Acceptance Fee amounts to INR 20,000 for candidates belonging to the GEN and OBC categories, and INR 12,000 for SC candidates.
During this stage, the candidate must choose between the FREEZE and FLOAT options. Opting for FREEZE is appropriate if the candidate is satisfied with their chosen branch. In such cases, they must report to UIET on the designated date with their original documents for verification.
Further, candidates must deposit the remaining fee within the given timeframe to confirm their seats. Failure to submit the fee will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat. Consequently, the seat will be considered vacant for the subsequent round of counselling, and the candidate will no longer be part of the counselling process.

Regarding the FLOAT option: Candidates who are not allotted their preferred branch can select this option and will be considered for seat upgradation in the upcoming round of counselling. They will retain their current seat while having the option for an upgrade.
In addition, candidates have the choice to withdraw from the counselling process. By selecting the withdrawal option, the candidate will be excluded from any future counselling sessions. An amount of INR 5,000 will be deducted from their Seat Acceptance Fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the candidate in due course.
If a candidate fails to select either the FLOAT or FREEZE option within the given timeframe, they will be excluded from the ongoing counselling process. In order to participate in subsequent rounds, candidates will be required to re-register and pay a fresh Counselling Registration Fee of INR 1000, which is non-refundable.
