CLAT Results 2025 To Be Revised: Delhi HC directs NLUs to revise CLAT UG Results in 4 Weeks

The Delhi High Court has announced its verdict on the UG Batch challenging the CLAT 2025 results today. The Court has directed the Consortium to announce the CLAT 2025 Revised Result within 4 weeks.

The Delhi High Court has directed NLU (Consortium of National Law Universities) to publish the revised undergraduate (UG) CLAT results 2025 within four weeks. The judgment came on a batch of petitions pointing out certain errors in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) UG-2025 questionnaire.

On April 9, a division bench comprising Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela heard the undergraduate-related petitions, raising concerns about CLAT 2025 question papers and answer key errors. The bench showed its intent to conclude the matter promptly, since it was associated with undergraduate admissions. The court noted that issues concerning the postgraduate exam would be addressed in a separate hearing.

The CLAT results published by NLU on December 7 were checked, particularly after the Delhi High Court passed in a plea filed by a student, challenging the official answer key. The single judge had found that the answers to two questions in the exam were incorrect and held that ignoring such errors would result in injustice to the candidates.

DK Upadhyay and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela said, “We have acceded to certain objections made by the candidates and certain objections have been turned down. Those who have raised the objections beyond the window period we have turned them down. In view of the aforesaid, we direct the respondents (consortium of NLU’s) to revise the marksheet and renotify the final list of candidates within four weeks,”

How to Download CLAT Result 2025 and Scorecard?

Candidates can access their CLAT 2025 results by visiting the official CLAT website consortiumofnlus.ac.in. Once you visit the website, you can log in using your registered credentials (ID and password) and click the Submit button. Your CLAT 2025 scorecard and result will be displayed. You can now download and save the scorecard for future reference during counselling.
