New Delhi: CBSE has launched Free Psychological Counseling Services for students post-CBSE results. Starting May 14, 2024, CBSE offered free 24/7 psychological counselling for a week. For 26 years, CBSE has supported students and parents with common exam and result-related psychological challenges through its counselling services.

Aarul Malviya, Founder of Zamit, praises this initiative by CBSE and states, "As students and parents navigate the often stressful period of exam results, it is commendable on CBSE Board's part to take proactive steps to address result-related anxiety through free counselling services. At Zamit, we fully support this initiative as it aligns with our mission to foster a supportive and nurturing educational environment."

CBSE Tele-Counseling Helpline

In this second phase, after providing counselling before, during, and after exams, a team of 65 professionals including principals, trained counsellors, special educators, and psychologists from CBSE-affiliated schools has offered round-the-clock tele-counselling for one week.

Centralized Toll-Free Access Nationwide
