What are some of the biggest challenges you see, both for higher education in general and for Aditya College of Engineering specifically?

I have been working in this teaching field for the past 22 years. Due to the quick pace of technological advancement, it can be challenging to incorporate new technologies into educational programs and to locate individuals who can serve as resources for skill upgrading. However, we are constantly on the lookout for suitable resources that students can use to educate themselves on emerging technology. The second challenge is the implementation of NEP 2020, which requires institutes to make the challenging transition from being fixed-degree awarding institutions to multi-entry and multi-exit program institutes, which is currently India’s greatest difficulty.

What are some plans that you’re currently (or will be) designing for Aditya College of Engineering International Affairs and/or students?
