What are your roles and responsibilities?

The main responsibility is to build a positive relationships among industry participants in order to improve the institute. Additional duties include improving students' employability, enhancing extracurricular activities, scheduling industry guest lectures, and organizing student training programs. Giving the industry a solution for issues pertaining to machine design and systems is crucial. Furthermore, it's essential to create platforms and projects for research and development.

How do you tend to establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty? 

People in healthy relationships are typically more engaged and driven to learn in the classroom. It guaranteed the safety, security, kindness, and trust of the students. Healthy relationships increase a person's likelihood of being content with their life and feeling happier.

How do you train students for placement?

The college places a strong emphasis on students' employability, effective communication, and personality development. In addition, a number of workshops, seminars, events, and programs are planned to direct and focus their efforts. We run workshops to teach students how to conduct interviews.

What is your vision for the campus?

How did the institute prepare students for the industry?

We are grateful to the principal, vice president, secretary, and chairman for inspiring students in a variety of programs, including the industry meet, debate competition, and cultural sports in the annual festival. How do you help your student to cope up with the competition being so high in the outside world?

I make sure that students learn as much as possible in the classroom. I always make sure to explain to them the significance of studying a particular subject before delving into the theoretical aspects. Assignments pertaining to the concepts are given to the students, along with opportunities for application. We schedule frequent practice interviews for them in addition to webinars and seminars led by professionals in the field. To help them inherit the corporate work culture, professors ask their students to collaborate with professionals as much as possible.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and aspiring students?

Students in the modern world are under a lot of pressure to make decisions, both from parents and their peers. I would advise them to consider their strengths and what they truly want to accomplish in life. A person who enjoys their work, in my opinion, can never fail at it. Set a goal for yourself and work toward achieving it.
