However, our Industry Institute Interaction Cell identifies the needs of industries regularly. It helps to take care of our academic activities.

What are the factors that make this program the best for the students to opt?

We focus on laboratory work, which gives us and the students real-time experience and allows them to apply theoretical concepts in a practical setting. We invite guest lecturers and industry professionals to share their experiences and knowledge with students. These live examples can provide valuable insights into the current state of the industry. We organise field trips to relevant businesses, organisations, or sites. For example, a business class could visit local companies to see how they operate. Our curriculum incorporates case studies into class discussions and encourages students to analyse and discuss real-world scenarios related to the course material. Students can undertake research projects that involve case study analysis. We also invite professionals who have faced challenges and solved problems in their careers to share their case studies with students.

What will you say the “best practices” in the course you’re offering?

At VBIT, our best practise is the involvement of the students in every concept. We enable them to experiment with the theoretical concepts in a practical way. They have the freedom to learn, practice and apply their skills however they want.

How does the program ensure that students are being prepared for the future?

We are ensuring that our program effectively prepares students for the future by involving a combination of curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and support services. What are you most proud of in your career so far?

I have been connected with the education industry since 1987. I have helped a lot of students achieve their dreams and careers during this period. I feel proud when I see many students from nowhere turn into bright engineers serving the nation and companies. It was a proud moment for me to see them succeed.

What strategy do you employ for building an efficient work team?

As technology is rapidly growing, we will be conducting various webinars, workshops and other activities that enable the faculty to learn about these new technologies. This will allow us to integrate it into the curriculum and, in turn, teach our students. We also have a system for taking feedback from the teachers and the students to understand what can be done.

What was the most challenging task that you faced in your career so far, and what did you learn from it?

The most challenging task in my career so far is counselling students. This is an essential aspect of the educational process, and it plays a critical role in their personal and academic development. As individuals, the students will have different perspectives and opinions and we need to counsel them and enable them to move in the right direction.

What do you found the most difficult about being a Director?

I need to get the work done at the correct time as the director of the institution. I believe the basic approach of leadership is an administration with love. Moreover, I need to trust in sharing and caring for each other in order to promote better performance. I always believe in smiling and taking care of each other to achieve a common goal.

What is your vision for Vignana Bharathi Institute of Technology in the next five years?
