Being part of management, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

I believe in working together with my team. I work well in a team and value all of my coworkers greatly. I think a leadership position carries a lot of responsibility, and it is critical that your peers and subordinates respect the choices you make as a leader. I believe that a strong leader never works alone. They always have their team's backs when working.

According to you, what makes the education industry the best industry to work in?

I believe that working in the educational field has many perks. Some of the most important values are exposure to various viewpoints, consistency in schedule, self-improvement, interactions with others, adaptability, passion and commitment, communication, and creativity. Additionally, it provides you with countless opportunities to engage in conversation with the world's most brilliant minds, in addition to providing you with fresh challenges to face on a daily basis.

Being the Principal, how does your work impact the growth of the institute?

As the Principal of Kautilya Institute of Technology & Engineering, Jaipur, I constantly work to make the most use of my abilities to improve teaching pedagogies, the teaching process, and how the subjects are taught to students. I always make sure to develop positive, honest, and cordial relationships with everyone who works with us and for us. How do you tend to establish healthy relations within the college?

In my role as principal, I try to build positive relationships with the students by being trustworthy, respectful, and supportive of them. It's essential to always stay in touch with the students, listen to their needs, provide them with solutions, and encourage them.

If I talk about my relationships with my colleagues, I try to have good relationships with them. I treat them with kindness and consideration. We are constantly working to build trust and mutual respect. In addition to being accepting and motivating, my employees are also cooperative and supportive of one another's achievements.

What are your roles and responsibilities towards the students?

I gather lesson plans from the teaching staff and make sure the data is in line with the intended format and presented in accordance with the rules. I regularly connect with students, identify their issues, and work with the teachers and other board members to develop answers. Additionally, I gather student feedback regarding each faculty member's subject area and present it in a format that is common to all faculty members.

I support students in participating in co-curricular and extracurricular activities, mentor them as they complete practical assignments and skill-building exercises, and assess their effectiveness.

How do you help your student to cope with the high competition outside?

Through alumni associations, the students can engage with the outside world; this relationship allows knowledge to flow back into the student body. By assisting the students in becoming better people and bettering their communities, our alumni are expressing their gratitude to the institute. In order to expose students to the picture of knowledge and growth outside of our walls and to open their minds to other ways of thinking, we also encourage students to take part in other campus events.

What is the significance difference between your time of education and today's?

If I compare my educational experiences with the educational system in place today, there are a lot of differences. There were very few institutions offering higher education during our period, and education consisted primarily of books and grades. But in the present, India's higher education system is rapidly growing in terms of the number of universities, academic programs, instructional methods, research opportunities, and student enrollment. India's infrastructure has been enhanced thanks to digitalization, which has also given companies a fresh look and new functionality. Indian universities have also eliminated paper from both academic and non-academic tasks.
