Allen offers a refund policy for the students who wish to cancel their subscription for any of the online courses. The last date for applying for the refund option is 15 days before the start of the course. Refunds should be applied through the official website of Allen, as they do not accept the refund option made through Calls, Whatsapp or any other means. The refunded amount will be transferred to the students Father/ Mother bank account and for this scanned copy of cancelled check or first page of the Bank Passbook to be submitted.

Arrogant staff, great teachers

Great teachers ..But coordinators(or staff team) ..i swear they had beyond cross the limit of arrogant ...the tone of there speaking is as if they own half the Allen..i show someone wrote "they will try to exploit u with the little authority they had been given"....Understand u bunch of Acting Boss of Allen, that when our parents pay they dont only pay for the qualified and experienced teachers but also for the facilities for comfort and undistured environment...lastly i dare u too speak us in the same tone outside the institute

Good faculties, rude front desk

Faculties are very good 1- They teach very well and solves any problems u have if u approach them 2- If u aren't sure about ur study routine they will help 3- They will give u study schedule if u ask them But the only problem about Allen is the front desk workers , not all ,but some are very rude and those rude people will never talk to you kindly even if u did nothing wrong they think they rule the place one guy just shouts at whoever he wants I don't know his name but it starts with a K . If u r a parent they may not shout but they won't talk respectfully and if u r a student get ready to be humiliated
