The Faculty of Law and Economics at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg offers students with a foreign law degree from universities a postgraduate degree with the degree "Master of Laws" (LL.M.). The students learn the basics of German law, deepen an area of law as an example and are enabled to work scientifically in German law. The course thus provides excellent access to German legal thinking and the German legal language.

- certified copy of the first professional university degree.

- One of the following documents are required:
- German language test for university entrance level 2 (DSH-2).
- TestDaF with at least level 4 in each area.
- telc Deutsch C1 Hochschule Goethe certificate C2: GDS.
- German Language Diploma of the Conference of Ministers of Education Level 2 (DSD-II).
- Certificate of the assessment test (FSP).
