Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda, has announced the seat Allotment for Phase I of the TS EdCET 2024 Counselling process on August 31, 2024. Candidates can download the result through the official website – edcet.tsche.ac.in using their login details. TS EDCET 2024 Result has been released on 11th June by the Mahatma Gandhi University. Candidates who have successfully qualified for the TS EdCET examination were able to apply online from August 8th to August 20th, 2024.
- All candidates except those belonging to SC and ST categories must obtain 25% in aggregate to qualify for the exam, which can be rounded off to 38 marks.
- There are no minimum qualifying marks required for SC and ST candidates.
The TS EdCET 2024 exam took place on May 23, 2024. It was conducted in two sessions: a morning session from 10:00 am to noon and an afternoon session from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Candidates who qualify in the TS EdCET 2024 exam will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. TS EDCET 2024 Tie Breaking Rules
A merit list of the candidates will be published based on the total marks obtained by the candidate in TS EdCET 2024. The tie-breaking rules will be applied if two or more candidates secure the same marks in the TS EdCET 2024 Exam. The rules which are applied in this case are mentioned below.
- A candidate who has scored high in mathematics will be placed first
- For the candidate who has also got high marks in the subject physics also will be placed first
- If both the above-mentioned rules failed then the total marks in aggregate will be considered
- An older candidate will also get the first preference
