SOA University conducts SAAT to fill seats across its constituent colleges — ITER (engineering and technology), SUM College of Allied Health Sciences (nursing, pharmacy), SUM College of Agriculture, and SIET (computer applications). SOA University follows a multi-round admission model. Round 1 (the main window) typically opens in December and closes in April. Round 2 runs in May–June for students who missed Round 1 or for remaining vacancies. A Mopup Round in June–July and Stray Vacancy phases in July–August fill any seats still unfilled. SAAT Application Form 2027: Important Dates

SAAT 2027 Eligibility Criteria (Before You Apply)

Verify eligibility before the SAAT 2027 window opens — applying without meeting the criteria leads to rejection at the document verification stage. Since SAAT is free, there is no financial penalty, but you will lose the admission opportunity for that round.

How to Fill SAAT Application Form 2027

The SAAT 2027 application will be entirely online at admission.soa.ac.in. No offline or postal submission will be accepted. Follow the two-phase process below when the registration window opens.

Phase 1: New Registration

1. Visit admission.soa.ac.in and click "SAAT 2027 Application" or "New Applicant Registration" when the link goes live.
2. Enter your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID exactly as they appear on your Class 10 certificate.
3. Verify your mobile number using the OTP sent via SMS to activate your account.
4. Set a strong password and note down your Application Number — you will need it for all future logins, admit card download, and result checking.
5. Save your login credentials securely; they will be required throughout the entire admission process, including counselling.

Phase 2: Fill the Application Form

1. Log in at admission.soa.ac.in using your Application Number and Password.
2. Fill in personal details: full name, date of birth, gender, category (General/OBC/SC/ST/PwD), nationality, and permanent address.
3. Fill in academic details: Class 10 and 12 board name, year of passing, roll number, and marks obtained in each subject.
4. Select your programme preference (B.Tech branch, B.Pharm, BBA, BCA, B.Sc. Nursing, etc.) and your preferred exam centre.
5. Upload your recent passport-size photograph, signature, left thumbprint, and right thumbprint in the specified format and file size.
6. Review every field carefully — cross-check your name spelling, date of birth, category, and uploaded photograph before proceeding.
7. Submit the form. No fee payment is required — the form is free for all students across all categories.
8. Download and save the confirmation page (Application Form PDF) immediately after submission — keep a printout safe for counselling and document verification.

Documents Required for SAAT Application Form 2027

Keep all documents ready in digital format before starting the SAAT 2027 form. File size and format errors during upload are the most common reason for incomplete applications — scan documents at the correct resolution beforehand.

Note: Upload a recent passport-size photograph with a white background and 80% of your face clearly visible. Do not upload edited, filtered, or studio-retouched photographs — these are rejected during document scrutiny and can disqualify your application.

SAAT Application Fee 2027

SAAT has no application fee. Registration for all rounds — Round 1, Round 2, the Mopup Round, and all Stray Vacancy phases — is completely free for every student in every category. No payment gateway or payment step appears at any point during the application process.

Because registration is free, there is no payment-failure risk, no refund process, and no non-refundable fee clause — all of which are common concerns for other national-level exams. The only fees you will encounter in the SAAT cycle come at the counselling stage, when SOA University charges a seat acceptance / registration fee to confirm admission.

Note: While the SAAT application and exam are entirely free, you will be required to pay a seat acceptance fee during counselling if you receive and accept a seat offer. That fee is governed by SOA University’s counselling and withdrawal policy — it is separate from the application process.

SAAT Application Form Correction 2027

SOA University provides an Edit Window on the application portal that lets you revise your submitted form while the registration window is still open. Unlike many national-level exams that run a separate correction window after registration closes, SAAT’s correction mechanism operates within the active registration period of each round — once the round’s last date to apply passes, no edits are accepted.

What you can correct during the Edit Window:

• Personal details — name spelling (minor corrections), date of birth, gender
• Academic details — board name, year of passing, subject marks
• Uploaded documents — photograph, signature, thumbprints
• Programme preferences and exam centre choice
• Category (General / OBC / SC / ST / PwD)

What cannot be changed after the submission deadline:

• Registered mobile number (used for OTP login and communications)
• Registered email ID
• Application Number (system-generated; fixed)

How to access the Edit Window:

1. Log in at admission.soa.ac.in using your Application Number and Password.
2. Click "Edit Application" or "Update Details" from your dashboard.
3. Make the required corrections and re-upload any corrected documents.
4. Save changes and download the revised confirmation page — the updated PDF is your official record.
