NBEMS has issued the category wise qualifying cutoff percentiles for NEET MDS 2025 with no reductions, General/EWS (50th percentile), SC/ST/OBC (40th percentile) and PwBD (45th percentile). This year, the NEET 2025 cutoff marks for General and EWS candidates is 261, 44 for Gen PwBD, and 227 for SC/ST/OBC candidates.

Candidates scoring 720+ in the NEET MDS 2025 exam achieve a rank within the top 10 and they can secure admission in the top participating institutes such as AIIMS Delhi, PGIMER Chandigarh and JIPMER Puducherry.
NBEMS has released the NEET MDS results on May 15, 2025 on the official website. The NEET MDS 2025 cutoffs have been announced along with the NEET MDS 2025 results.

NEET MDS 2025 Expected Cutoff
General Category: The highest qualifying percentile of 50 is required for General category candidates. To be eligible to secure admission in the top institutes, the General category candidate must score 300+ in NEET MDS 2025 exam. Candidates can aim for colleges such as D.Y. Patil Dental College and Hospital or SRM Dental College.
SC/ST/OBC - PwD: Candidates in this category get benefits of both vertical and horizontal reservation and have a lower percentile of 40 and score range of 230 - 240. This category of candidates can aim for institutes like Saveetha Dental College or Meenakshi Ammal Dental College.

NEET MDS Cutoff 2019
The Central Governement along with the Dental Council of India had to lower the Cutoff for the 2019 session owing to the number of seats remaining vacant. In an attempt to fill up the vacany the cutoffs had to be dropped significantly as the count of candidates to that of the vacant seats were three times lower.
