Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) has released the Haryana Class 10 Board Exam Pattern for Academic Year 2025. Haryana Board class 10 syllabus is available on the official website of the board.
- According to the updated syllabus, the HBSE class 10 exam pattern has also been revised.
- Each exam will be conducted for 3 hours and each theory paper will be 80 marks.
- HBSE will conduct HBSE Class 10th Board Exams from February 28 to March 19, 2025.

HBSE Class 10 Board: Subjects
HBSE Class 10 Board Exam is conducted for five main subjects i.e. Hindi, English, Social Science and Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects of students’ choice. List of optional subjects is given below:

HBSE Class 10 Board Exam Pattern 2025
HBSE Class 10 Board Exam Pattern 2025 is covered in detail including subject-wise marks distribution of theory, practical, continuous and comprehensive evaluation and total marks. HBSE will conduct the HBSE Class 10 Board examination in an offline mode. Duration of each exam will be 3 hours. HBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2025 will be conducted for five main subjects and any one of optional subjects as per students’ preference.

HBSE Class 10 Board: Eligibility Criteria
The Eligibility Criteria for HBSE Class 10th Examination are given below:
- Candidates must be enrolled in Class 10 in a Government Secondary/Senior Secondary School associated with Haryana Board to take HBSE Class 10th board exams.
- Candidates must have filled HBSE Class 10 registration form for the current academic year.
- Candidates must have completed Class 9th as a regular student and passed the exam.
- To appear for the exam, 75 percent of the total attendance and enrollment number of Class 10th board is required.
- Ex-students who got compartment or did not pass HBSE class 10th exam are also eligible to retake exam for full or partial improvement.
