Maharashtra BHMCT Admission 2024: Eligibility Criteria
The candidate is eligible for admission to BHMCT in Maharashtra if he/she fulfils the following criteria.
- The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- Candidates must have passed their 10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 45% from a recognized board.
- Reserved and PwD category candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 40% in their 10+2 or its equivalent examination.
- Candidates must obtain a non-zero positive score in NCHM JEE or a non-zero score in MAH BHMCT CET.
- They should have passed the D.Voc stream in the same or allied sector.
Maharashtra BHMCT Admission 2024: CET Pattern
Maharashtra BHMCT CET is a Computer Based Test (CBT). The mode of examination is online. The question paper consists of 3 sections which include English, Reasoning and General Knowledge and Awareness. There are 40 questions for English, 30 for reasoning and General Knowledge and Awareness making it a total of 100 questions. The questions are multiple-choice types. The duration of the exam is 90 minutes.

The counselling for admission to BHMCT in Maharashtra takes place after the CET result is announced. The counselling is done through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). Ans. The candidate will lose their candidature if they do not provide the original documents during the MAH BHMCT counselling process. They are required to produce the original documents for verification purposes for admission to BHMCT courses. Candidates are advised to carry all the original documents along with their copies for successful verification and admission.
Ques. Are the MAH BHMCT application fees refundable?
Ans. The application fee is non-refundable. The amount paid for the application form is not refunded under any circumstances. It does not matter whether a candidate is selected or opts out of the admission process. Candidates must review all the requirements and then make the payment.
Ques. What is the minimum aggregate in class 12 for the Physically Handicapped candidate to appear for MAH BHMCT?
Ans. The Physically Handicapped candidate must have scored a minimum aggregate of 40% in class 12 or its equivalent examination. This is done to ensure equal opportunity for physically handicapped candidates in the admission process. Other than the marks, the candidates are also required to meet the other eligibility criteria like nativity and exam scores for MAH BHMCT admission.
