About LJIP
L J Institute of Pharmacy and Research Center, Ahmedabad was established in 2004 by Lok Jagruti Kendra, a non-profitable Trust headed by eminent Educationists, Visionaries and Jurists. It is a unit of L.J. Group of Institutes. The college is affiliated to Gujarat University (GU). It offers Bachelor and Master Degree courses in Pharmacy in major six subjects. The programs are approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
The main focus of the institute is on shaping up its students to become the great entrepreneurs and future leaders of Pharma industry. The basic objective of the college is to produce true pharmacists every year. The college has separate accommodations for boys and girls with all basic amenities like power back-up, water heaters.

The course is provided by gujarat university and it is taught that way but now it is under LJ UNIVERSITY so the course might change. The faculties are very supportive in curricular and non curricular works.

We were quite updated for the syllabus by faculties. Till now there's no industrial exposure given to us. Yes every faculty provides great knowledge they have. Personally there's a faculty named Rudree ma'am whom I like to deal with.

Faculties are very experienced in field of pharmacy. Many of them even have their own patents. LJIP is very particular about examinations. They take two mid sem exams followed by one final GTU exam in one semester and the entire course is of 8 semesters (4 years).

The course is of four years whoch includes all the subjects from physiology to botany. It is highly engaging and interesting. Faculties make it even better by their experience and knowledge. Also the mentorship programme helps every student overcome their weakness.

Not only in academics but also in extracurricular activities.one of the best point of LJ is the SMP program in which weak students gets opportunities to improve their results in a better way with the help of faculty we achieved 1st rank in gtu in the year 2019
