IIL Indore Admissions 2024
- Indore Institute of Law has both merit and entrance based selection for undergraduate and postgraduate students respectively.
- A student’s performance in 10+2 examinations, undergraduate study and entrance exam will be considered during admissions.
- The ILLET exam conducted by the institute and other national exams like CLAT/LSAT will be considered for UG admissions.
- PG admissions are done on the basis of performance in undergraduate study.
- The final list for the selected students is posted either on the college website or the campus notice board.
How to apply?
- Application procedure begins once the institute has released the registration dates (usually the end of February).
- Applicants have to register themselves on the student’s corner to avail all the e-resources facility.
- Applicants need to fill all the details like personal information, educational information, stream requirements and many more.
- Pay INR 1100 as the registration and entrance exam charges using online payment options.
- Upload passport size photographs.
- Take hard copies of required documents to the campus (self attested).
- Admission committee posts the final list of selected students on campus notice board and these students are e-mailed to pay their admission fees.

IIL Indore Placements
Indore Institute of Law has an excellent record of placement of students in reputed firms and managing their students’ relation with the companies. Every year more than 32+ companies conduct their recruitment program on the campus and recruit more than 220 students.
- Undergraduate placements- In 2019, 214 students were recruited with an average salary package of 6-7lakhs p.a. and the highest package was recorded around 9lakhs per annum by companies like Trilegal, Tata Motors, ONGC and many more.
- Post graduate placements- Companies like Indian Oil, Bharti Infratel Limited, Jaypee Group and Kotak Mahindra Bank visited the campus last year and around135 students were recruited under masters of legislative law. The average package was about 5-8lakhs p.a. and the highest package was 8.5 lakhs p.a.

IIL Indore Scholarship
Indore Institute of Law has multiple scholarships options for the students with good grades and reserved categories.
- IILET Scholarship- This scholarship meant for the undergraduate students who have appeared for the IILET exam. Students who get division 1 scores will be given concession of INR 30,000/- who apply before 15th and INR 15,000/- who apply after 15th.
- Meritorious Scholarship- Students securing 90.5% and above in 10+2 examinations are given a 20% tuition fee concession and students who score 85.5%-90% in 10+2 examinations are awarded a 15% concession.
- Sports Scholarship- Applicants who have represented the country in national and international sports events will be given a 10% fee concession.
- Physically Challenged Scholarship- As per person with disability act, the students with any physical disability will be given 10% fee concession.
IIL Indore Facilities and Hostel
Indore Institute of Law has all the basic amenities for a law student along with the facilities like Conference hall, seminar hall, cafeteria, moot court, library etc. to male learning a fun process.
- Hostel Facility: There is a separate boys and girls hostel for the students outside Madhya Pradesh. AC and Non- AC rooms are available in double and triple sharing.
- Society Chamber: A sound proof room has been inaugurated by the institute to hold all the meetings and workshops.
- Library: The library section of IIL is one of the biggest law book compartments having more than 13,000 general volumes and 1800 reference books.
- Computer Lab: Every student has access to internet facility through the computer lab. More than 100 computer systems have been installed till now along with strong Wi-Fi.
- Cafeteria: The college canteen has the best food for its students at cheap rates. Playground: Basketball court, tennis court, cricket training nets and football ground are established. All the courts have mat flooring and the water and food facilities are provided.
- Seminar room:This area has been set up to conduct seminars when society chamber and conference room are occupied.It has a seating capacity of 170 people along with well furnished floor and furniture.

Ques. What are the hostel timings?
Ans. The hostel is meant for both day scholars and night scholars and they both have different entry and exit timings.The day scholars can enter the hostel premises last by 8pm and for night scholars they can stay out till 9 am. You need to give an advance application to the hostel in charge regarding the reason of being late than 8pm and 9 am respectively.
Ques. Is there a sports quota for admissions?
Ans. Yes the sports quota is available for the students who either have a national or international appearance in sports events. No seats will be allocated to the applicants, only 10% fee concession will be provided. You need to attach the certificates of appreciation along with other admission documents.
Ques. What is the fee structure for BBA LLB (Hons.)?
Ans. The total fee for BBA LLB (Hons) for the first year is INR 2,43,000 per annum and the tuition fee for BBA LLB (Hons) Global is INR 3,95,000 which includes various expenses like student activity fee, admission form fees, and research & library fees. The library & research fees along with admission form fees are non-refundable and one time charges. You can check for fees concession details on the ILL website.
Ques. Are there any summer internships offered?
Ans. Yes, various law firms recruit students for pre placement offers for 3-4 months. A NOC is provided to selected students for leaves during exams and short breaks for college work. Companies like LLP, PINAKIN firm, Ambroz, UKY and many more.
Ques. Do only law firms visit the campus for job recruitment?
Ans. Companies like Kotak Mahindra Bank, Indian Oil, Wips, ONGC, Bharti Infratel and many other multinational companies have recruited students with an average package of 6-7 lakhs p.a. and highest package of 13 lakhs p.a. in 2018.

The admission process was very similar like a tele calling company.once you get to research then continue calls were given for admission enquiry. The exams were not conducted on time because of the university. I think college should improve in their counseling part as well. So much things were offered but none was given.

Admission:
The admission process was not as easy and quick as expected. there were a lot of formalities required for the admission process. Also, the scholarship attainment process was very tiring, and I feel that there is a lack of coordination between the different departments that run the college.

- I like the behavior and efforts of the faculty. The faculty is very hard-working and leaves no stone unturned in educating the young minds.
- I like the regular events which were organized in the college. There was always something new and fresh to expect.
Dislikes
- I think the management behavior and handling of issues can be much better than what it is.
- The financial aid and placement drives need a lot of improvement. Placement cell needs to get in touch with the alumni and get their help for the students.
Admission:
There was a separate entrance exam for IIL but I didn't give it. My admission was direct based on my CLAT score. The application forms for the entrance test are available on the college website. The fee for the entrance test is 2000 INR. Application dates are generally updated on the website but the test is normally conducted after the CLAT exam every year. I would wish the admission process to be more transparent and the policies related to fees to be better explained to the parents as well as students.

All courses are available as direct admission or pass counselling exam, at the admission cell, we fill out the registration form. The admission process is so easy and the faculty also helps, they also have scholarship yojna. all the things are good but the registration fee is high.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The college provided us with the best of knowledge they could deliver to the students. Our faculties have done PhD so we get the knowledge more about that particular subject which they are best in. My favourite faculty was Sneha MaÕam she was the best amongst all.

I choose this college because of its good ranking of Law Colleges in India. Also, I was told that this college has excellent and qualified faculty who guide students at every moment

From my personal experience yes it is one of the best private law colleges in Madhya Pradesh with the best faculty and infrastructure is outstanding and also one of the economic colleges of law.

Firstly it is affiliate to the DAVV which is NAAC certified but now our College is certified with the (A) grade NAAC which is a positive remark of our College which is beneficial for the placements as well as for the competitions.

positive remark:- good supportive in every field. a good infrastructure. in MP and CG no.1 in infrastructure. a well educated faculty we have. good job placement for 5 year course. Negative remarks:- there is some fees issue, which every student have to face. there is no job placement for 3 year Law course and much more

Meritorious Scholarship
Meritorious students can avail scholarship accordingly for A/S 2020-2021.

The scholarship will be available to those students also who are getting admission provided as cut-off of marks decided by the institute are secured by the student.
Smt. Nirmala Devi Bam “Only Girl Child” Scholarship
- With the aim and objective to promote Women's Education and Women's rights, the Indore Institute of Law is committed to supporting every single girl child with a helping hand to make sure they fly high with their dreams.
- The applicant has to submit the documentation supporting/ proving the same with the scholarship form.
Other Scholarships
- International or National Sports Certificate holder: The students can avail 10% for A/S 2020-2021 Scholarship of the tuition fee in the following conditions:
- In the case of sports quota, the candidate should have participated and won in the National or International level sports/games conducted by the competent authority approved by the government (state/ central). The student must have represented his/ her Country/ State in any competition held between the previous two calendar years at the International/ National level, in Individual Event/ Team Event/s approved by the Ministry of Sports/ Sports Federations. The student must have also obtained a certificate from the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports/ National Federation/ Board of concerned game/s.
- Continuation of the scholarship in subsequent years is subject to a satisfactory contribution to the sporting activities of the University.
Physically Challenged
As per the provisions of the Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995, seven categories of disabilities have been identified viz., blindness, low vision, leprosy cured, hearing impairment, locomotor disability, mental retardation, and mental illness. A student with a 40% disability of the said categories can avail 10% for A/S 2020-2021, after submission of a medical certificate from authorized medical board Scholarship of tuition fees.
- Govt. of India SC/ ST Scholarship is applicable according to the Norms of Govt. of India.
Terms & Conditions
- It is mandatory for every student who wishes to avail of the scholarship, must fill the scholarship form and attach the relevant documents.
- The applicant is allowed to apply for one category of scholarship only.
- The scholarship is applicable for the 1st Academic Session only.
- The scholarship will be offered in a different manner.
- The scholarship is applicable only if full payment of fees at the time of admission is made by student.
- The scholarship will be adjusted towards fee payable for the respective course only which cannot be transferred or adjusted.
- In any case, Student Leaves College before completion of 5 years course than availed scholarship is to be returned to the Institute. Then only he/ she is eligible for taking back the Original Documents and Transfer Certificate.
- Decisions of the Scholarship Committee are final and binding.
- Disputes of any kind are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Indore only.

There is an entrance exmaination known as IILET conducted by Indore Institute of Law for providing admission to BALLB.
Candidates should have passed the 10+2 exam and Graduation(any stream) with at least 45% marks in aggregate for General Category & 40% marks in aggregate for SC/ST Category. There is no age limit. You can apply online format the official website of the college or offline also.
No, the hostel and mess charges will be extra. The hostel and mess charges will range between INR 84000 to INR 108000 as per your accommodation.
As per eligibility criteria in Indore Institute of Law, candidates applying to the BA-LL.B and BBA-LL.B courses must successfully complete 10+2 with minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved category). Those applying for undergraduate courses must also fill up and submit the IILET examination form online at the college website. Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their 10+2 scores and IILET exam scores. Shortlisted candidates then have to undergo counseling at the institute post to which they are offered admission if selected. Applicants for the LL.B (Hons.) course must successfully complete graduation in any stream from a recognized university.
