The hostel is far better than a typical boring hostel. The warden is very chill. You need to get a set rank for hostel allotment. And the fee is around 80k. Hostel is mainly alloted for the first years.
The hostel accommodation is a 3-sharing room with 3 tables, chairs, notice boards, fans, and cupboards respectively. There is a small balcony as well with grills installed in the balcony. Meals are provided in hostel in morning and evening on college days. Lunch is done in college on working days in the cafeteria. But on the weekends and holidays, meals are breakfast, lunch and dinner in Hostel mess. Also, there is snacks with tea provided in evening. Mess is very clean and food is also up to the mark and is nutritious as well. Taste wise it is 6/10. Registration process for hsotel takes place at the time of joining and is affordable. Badminton and a volleyball court is available. Table tennis, and a small area for football and cricket is available as well.
For the Hostels you've enough score in your NCHMCT entrance's Grade, after that college picks-up only 40 students among them. There is a spot list also for the genuine ones (those actually need) has the option of Other Accommodation. (try to contact me for details)*
Yes, in the first and second year I was in the hostel. Hostel seats being limited is also a matter of competition depending upon your All India ranking. I was in the top 30 for my college thus j was able to get it.
Yes, I've seen both hostel life and outside life where we rented a house. Hostel has a total of 40 rooms each holding a capacity of three students, 4 common washrooms. And 4 rooms with private washrooms, a volleyball court and a small sized football ground. Plus 2 indoor badminton court.
Hostels are actually good it also depends on the minority levels. Pg and rented flats are available all around the college between 3000 to 10000 As per your convenience and the hostel fees are cheaper and food cost is included in the hostel fees
On a scale of 10, 8 is a good ranking. The college management has managed all its facilities with presence of wardens/custodians who are always eager to help and assist. The facilities are moreover managed by the students providing full transparency and best quality at all times. The facilities though have further improved after I left the institute.
I would the rate hostel facilities 7/10 because i believe food can be more tasty and hygienic as it is a hotel management institute but rooms on the other hands are quiet good, they are on sharing basis per room 3 students and as i mentioned earlier hoste
