Reality vs expectations

Likes

Faculty response helping mentalty adviceing tutors
College campus experience greenary i campus facilities cafeteria
Studing area nice place and even every corner is nuce

Dislikes

Some rules against the students and in hostel
Negative vibes in students less events in college and some non teaching staffs behaviour
Less events and hostel rules and some vibesless teachers and students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific aspects are to earn a job with dignity and the course circulam is nice and it's very effective to all students students who choose this course is very effective and it makes a student to be professional circulam prepared by the faculties and thr university is soo soo good and funtastic Suggestion are increasing the semester length and give effective lab sessionsthe frequency and timing of the course is tough

Course curriculum is some tough and some easy sometimes it is easy and sometimes it's difficult depending on the subject. The curriculum prepare us for the real world applications. The current course curriculum mainly focused on less time and more to learn .

I love my campus

Likes

Good behaviour of teachers and good campus atmosphere
Made a powerful friends circle and got lots of friends
I can improve my thoughts and goals and everybody inspired me

Dislikes

Haven't enough placement and not get any well organised placement practice sections
Hostel doesn't give any freedom after 6pm

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose computer science and engineering. In this, the curriculum prepares for developing our programming skills and it helps to gain more information inside and outside the devices. However, the curriculum includes more theory than programming. So we can't get enough practical knowledge in programming. So please include more programming languages. After the impact of covid 19, the semester duration is reduced. So the exams are coming so close. It makes it more difficult to study and prepare for exams.

My College Review

Likes

The teachers here are very friendly and very helpful
The climate here is also very peacefull and very good atmosphere to study
The students here are from everywhere so there is a big diversity in the culture

Dislikes

There is a lack of public transportation system like railway station here
There are lots of insects and others things here which is very disturbing during summer season
The main problem the students here are going through is the bad quality of hostel food that we get here

Placement Experience:

Our college is a NAAC accredited college and lots of companies come here to recruit our students . Last year one of a students who studied here got a really big placement of 48 lakhs per annum and there is a placement cell available here in the campus which tries to get all the students placement like these !!

Friendly Teachers,very keen to help.also provide various informations on various sectors
Good facilities, labs and other facilities , office staff's are very kind
Different clubs such as IEEE, NSS,NCC,IEDC,etc help as to build a good career and good personality

Dislikes

The studying syllabus according to KTU is not so difficult but it is useless (in first year)
There are always work's going on, May be it's for our own good

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement in 6 semester onwards. The highest LPA got is 40 lakhs about 80% of students without arrears. I'm planing for higher degree in abroad and start my career in abroad. I would prefer careers in core field

2023 uniform was so bored. It has to improve.

Placement Experience:

After completing my degree, my plan is to pursue an MBA. I am eligible for campus placements starting from the sixth semester, and our college receives visits from numerous companies offering a variety of opportunities. The highest package offered here is 40 LPA.

About my college

Likes

My college has good Ambience and good environment surrounding the college. It is nice to study there
My college is good in cultural activities and participating competitions..They support wisely.
The faculties are so experienced and it is so easy to understand the topics.

Dislikes

The uniform that they implemented this year. I didn't liked that Colour code
They don't support us in physics and sports activities. They are not supporting us for attending competitions
College is feeling like so strict and not able to enjot the college life. Its a sad thing.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is so good and they are using the digital and technical side to implement classes. It is so easy to understand then. Our curriculum is most modern based and interesting to study. My course is computer science engineering and i am satisfied with the course and the curriculum.

There are some subjects that we study in first year like for example chemistry which is useless for a computer science student. The exams are held very often like the internals and semester exams which comes at almost around 3.5 months which feels very difficult.

Mar baselios dental college is one of the best dental college in India . The top most dental colleges in private sector .The College having a very good atmosphere for studying. College is very well maintained and includes all equipments.
College having a well maintained garden. The cultural events are the best include all the types of arts forms and sports events.That helps me to expose my talents and reduce my stage fears .
Staff in this college is so so good , students friendly can be easily approachable.Well knowledged and skilled staff .Also there well talent staff are also present .Overall MBDC is the best college

Dislikes

Require more dental chair and equipment.
Very few staff are not approachable for students
We need more entertainment programs and events

Placement Experience:

There is few placements provided for UG students in college . Around 5% got placement in college.Thus after graduation we need to search for job in other clinics or we can go abroad fir further studies or job

Likes

Infrastructure of College is the best.Also college has so many patients so that we could improve our clinical skills.
College is hosting numerous cultural fests for entertainment purposes as well
College has a good supportive and a very advanced faculty services

Dislikes

College provide only very limited number of holidays
Most of the holidays are restricted .No leave is given even after our university exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is difficult,but curriculum provides us with two internals and models before our university exams so that we can coverup maximum portions before the university exams.Also we are posted in several departments and cases are allotted to us from third yr onwards under the guidance of faculty which prepares us for a better future clinical practice.
