Stage 1: ADAPT Assessment
The candidates undergo the ADAPT Assessment at our dedicated ADAPT centre. This assessment is an online psychometric and aptitude test tailor-made for aspiring pilots. Its primary goal is to assess the behavioural and cognitive proficiencies of individuals aspiring to pursue a career in Aviation.
The assessment fee for this stage is INR 30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand Rupees only).
Stage 2: Group Task Assessment with IndiGo Panellistse
This phase involves a Group Task Assessment, where prospective candidates showcase their collaborative and problem-solving skills.
Stage 3: Personal Interviews with IndiGo Panellists
Successful candidates from the previous stages will progress to personal interviews conducted by IndiGo Panellists. This stage offers candidates the opportunity to articulate their aspirations and experiences.
Upon successful completion of the above steps, the candidates will be invited to enrol and sign the Letter of Intent (LoI) with IndiGo.
