The Haryana based Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts offers a full-time and 3-years duration Bachelor of Tourism Studies course at Undergraduate level followed by 9-months Advanced Diploma and 3 months Certification Courses in various disciplines, details for which are given as follows.
Also, Advanced Diploma courses are held from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. And working professionals, who wish to make a career in cooking but don't have enough time to attend lectures in-person, can join part-time batches as well. Students also received 1440 hours of dedicated training under the supervision of internationally recognized chefs.
And under BTS course, candidates received 4-months of academic lectures on campus followed by 1-month master class in APCA Malaysia, 2 weeks master class in APCA Singapore, 2 internships of 5 months duration in 1st and 2nd year.
