Syllabus of Calcutta University has lots of information and it's a great curriculum, but somewhere the practicality of the theories we learn remain. Vast and informative curriculum makes it difficult for students to prepare for semesters, which are held 3-4 months interval.

College organized Annual Fest is also very charming.

Dislikes

Students union and their behavior is not good.
Canteen food is not good for your health.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love the subject of Geography, that's why I choose it. Geography-studying students are called Geographers. Geographers have many career fields also. Bidhan Chandra College Rishra Faculty: Student Ratio is 1:15 Heads of the Departments generally have Doctorate Degrees, others have Mastered. Term exams and their difficulty are according to the University of Calcutta norms. and as usual, CU is quite a tuff university in west bengal.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course bcoz I want to do this. In college all teachers are M.ed highly qualified and serious this college is not good for studies bcoz there all teachers only speak Bangla even you choose an English course Their exam come in per 6 months in college semester wise exam has been taken actually there is no difficulty for passing exam bcoz passing marks is 35 and College give u 20 Mark's for assignments and u just have to get 15 Mark's in written total 36

In my college difference program different fees taken bye college like this every subjects difference difference fees structure stand. My college hi fees subject is computer science this is take celery but hi give best education and standard practical and political science price are basically normal and my college give best education

The fee structure is not too good and not to bad. it is light from others college of asansol under KNU university. for BA honours the average fee one have to pay 6 to 8 thousand in total 3 years. Examination fees are extra

In 1 st years mostly 8 to 9 thousand rupees and 2nd year likely 9 to 11 thousands and last year we give 16 thosend approx. In comparison to other departments our fees is expensive because of our practical room and machine.

The fees is quite low because it is a government college. But they charge a little extra in the name of student union in which we have no part. Actually they extract that amount which directly goes to the party offices.
