The placement cell of Bineswar Brahma Engineering College holds the objective of getting placed each eligible candidate in some companies during their recruitment process. The placement cell organises various group discussions, mock interviews, programs for their students so that they can get acquainted with the working environment and can get the best job as per their interest.
Recent college placements were not up to the mark.
As per the reports provided by the college, only 10% of students got selected from the college in various companies. Rest 90% opted for off campus placement in various companies. The highest package went for 4LPA and minimum was 2 LPA.

Admission into the college is through an entrance exam named Common Entrance Exam, Assam. For admission, reservations are also available. The admission process is good and smooth. They arrange all the seats in a technical way. The admission fees are too lower. For better security of the seats, the college authority itself does a physical verification of all the students that get admission into the college.

If you manage to score decent in this exam, then you will be called for online counseling (which was conducted in October in the years 2020 and 2021) where you have to put your college preferences as well as the branches(CSE, CE, ME, EE, etc), and after that and you will be selected for admission to a certain engineering college to a certain branch (based on your preference) of the state as per your rank, marks, category, and other criteria. And thus, you will have to admit yourself to the college and go through an offline verification process.

I got selected in this college and took admission. It is the best 3rd best technical College in Assam. Admission criteria are based on cee marks. Then COUNCILING according to u marks. The teaching staff is good and honest.

And if you got 100+ you have got engineering college for sure. The minimum age 17 and maximum 23..The counseling process was conducted by DTE( DIRECTORATE OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION) assam.
