The course curriculum is fine. the syllabus is also fine. just that the faculties are sometimes a bit inexperienced to teach the particular topic. they are mostly practical exams and we have some 2-4 theory exams mostly. They provide ppts and the subject is self explanatory so you can manage theory subjects.

The current time there are limited but more competitive exams are there at the entrance time like MBBS and IITs but after their graduation, many might also apply for MBA or any professional post-graduation. Faculty: student ratio is 1: 100. All the faculty are either PhD holders or any professional from a particular stream There are semester wise exam that is conducted every six-month interval
I have always wanted to become a fashion designer. The reason I chose this college was the infrastructure and lower fees when compared to other design colleges. Also, this is an institute of national importance. The faculty are highly educated. Mostly passed from NIFT. They are all very knowledgeable in our field. Most of them also have industry experience. The teaching method is quite admirable. Although after 2nd year you're mostly on your own. There are two exams every semester. That is mid sem and final sem. The difficulty level is average. Although there will be numerous assignments given on daily basis.
The total fee for the course is Rs 6,23,000. The exam fee is Rs 2,000 for every 8 semesters.
I chose footwear design and production as my specialization because of my interest in the particular subject. The faculty is well educated and skilled and they provide us with every possible practical world knowledge. The exams include theoretical and practical out of which the theoretical is easier as compared to practical.
The course structure is regularly updated according to industry and international standards. The faculty: student ratio is also good. Both practical and theoretical knowledge is imparted. Regular work review and internal exams are taken.
