In the 2nd semester, people become eligible for the campus. The company visited JW Marriott, LE Meridian, Bikanerwala, Barbeque nation and many others. 95% of students get their placement on their interviews. My plan after the degree is to grow in the kitchen department.

More than 50 companies visit the campus for placement and more than 80% of students got placed every year. Companies from different industries like airlines, FMCG, hotel, retail visit the campus for placement. Recruitment process was very smooth it includes exams, GD and PI. Top recruiters- ITC, KFC, Taj palace, Lemon Tree etc.
Likes
- The ratio of girls and boys are about 1:10 the girls choosing this course is extremely low
- Teaching methods of teachers are pretty good and I am satisfied with it
Dislikes
- Internship average income is too low and that is also when no body respect us for our work
- Faculties are not much well experienced and some even don't teach us

Some placements are given in the last year of the college but only some students who are in urgent need of it took it as for others no one actually apply for placement as the average yearly salary is too low and its not sufficient. Only small companies are coming to offered placement so it's also equal to no placement

Placements give students the opportunity to gain skills specific to their subject or industry of choice as well as the employability skills required for real-life work. It also increases their knowledge of an industry or sector, allowing them to make better informed decisions about future career choices.

State Institute of Hotel Management has separate placement cell which provides constant support and guidance to students at the institute for cracking job interviews.Moreover the institute has tie up with various verticals of industry and provides assistance to students in getting absorped in any of these industry.Parallely the institute offers internship in various hotels and hospitals at lucrative stipends
Placement Experience:
During my placement drives, approx 52 companies fron different industries came like hotel, retail, FMCG, airlines, gourmet and fashion brands. Recruitment process was same as normal like Exam or GD or both, personal interview, hour rounds and then offers. Approx 85-90% students get placed every year. Some of them opt for further studies or go abroad. Special classes were taken by our HODs and principal to groom the students for the interviews, about the recruitment process etc.
Placement Experience:
Many job opportunities and placement at the college campus by some reputed companies like the Oberoi, Radisson blu, domino, and kwality group. They selected some talented aspirants giving them high pay and personal training at their organization also.
