When evaluating a college's placement prospects, there are several key factors to consider. If a college doesn't offer formal campus placements, employability and post-course plans become crucial. Here's what to include in your assessment: For Colleges with Campus Placements: Placement Record: Look at the college's placement statistics over the past few years. Check the percentage of students placed and the average salary packages offered. Recruiting Companies: Research the companies that visit the campus for recruitment. The variety and reputation of these companies can provide insight into the college's industry connections. Industry Partnerships: Check if the college has collaborations or partnerships with reputed companies, which often lead to internship and placement opportunities. Placement Support: Evaluate the quality of the college's career services. A strong placement cell offers resume workshops, interview preparation, and networking opportunities.

I opt for PGDM-BFSI because it gives us practical knowledge which is relevant to the corporate world. The faculties of this college are well-qualified and helping in nature. Each student gets one faculty as a mentor, to whom we can clear our doubts regarding academics. During lectures, faculties motivate us to share our thoughts and opinions to make the session more interactive. They give us cases to solve and take presentations to polish our skills. Exams were conducted on a trimester basis and questions are application-based.
