- I liked the environment and feel of the college in terms of campus as it is surrounded by trees and nature
- I did find the faculties good and the management staff is also cooperative in nature.
Dislikes
- The quality of education is not very great in there
- There is the system of wearing uniforms daily which is very bad and gives school vibes again
Hostel Facilities:
The first two year of college I lived in the hostel. Ther are many hostels of college. My hostel was a 2 sharing room with personal bathroom. There are other hoatels also with 2-3 sharing with attached/ common washroom options. For boys and girls both. The hiatels for boys and girls are separated. Some hostels are in campus and some are outside the campus The timing restrictions are 8:00 PM after bot allwed outside. The quality of food is good and menu is also good. The obly problem is the menu doesn't change. In 2 years of living the menu was same. Some hostels have gym, TT table After 3rd year i shifted to a rented flat with my friends which was also nice to live in but hostel is very comfortable to live in and very tension free.
Likes
- College fest: fest in college are amazing, it features wide range of programs like music concerts, dance competition , fashion shows etc.
- Independence:many students enjoys the newfound independence and responsibility that comes from living away from home.
Dislikes
- College campus area: college is not that big in area so there is not much extensive resources and facilities.
- The food : food in my hostel was average and I think it could be better.
Hostel Facilities:
The hostel facility was average, I stayed in Chandra Shekhar Azad hostel during my entire course the hostel was situated inside GEU campus so access to classes was fast. Hostel was only available in 3 person sharing per room there was no option for two sharing and single room in hostel inside GEU campus. The food was average and requires improvement, the food lacks diversity and options.
Likes
- There are many things to be appriciated like events, seminar ,sports national and international level oppurtunities , fests ,faculties and the overall budget and the level of every event is too greate and placements here are also decent .
- Faculties here are from forign university , IIT graduate and few of them are Alumni as well and teaching techniques are good here. Overall infrastucture is also very greate , and also the cleaniness and the whole campus is well maintained.
Dislikes
- College is too strict in almost every aspect, attendance ,exams, decipline etc. Exams here are not a cake walk like you need to have a good knowledge of the topic to even pass. And also there is a serious punishment for even a minor mistake.
- They don't compromise with anything like if you found guilty in anyway they'll just kick the student out from the college without even thinking of the future of student . And here they don't hesitate to fail any student even they can be saved by 1-2m
Hostel Facilities:
Hostel room and aminities are top notch like there is gym , tv area, gun range, badminton court in the hostel. Mess food here tasts decent but the menu of someday in a week is quite boring. And they don't serve fruits. Hostel fees varies from ?100000 pa to ?190000 pa. Depending on hostel ac/non ac single occupancy/ double occupancy /triple occupancy etc. My hostel fee is ?145000 pa. PGs are also available in the college area at a very low cost than hostel.
Likes
- The faculty here is great, mostly all teachers are from IITs and are really supportive and kind towards the student.
- Mostly all the campus area is well equipped with wifi,the auditorium is really amazing ,also the hostel inside are really good
Dislikes
- To mention the things I disliked,I would say not allowed the classroom are aur conditioned,though dehradun is a place which doesn't require ACs
- There is an attendance criteria,though it is quite decent you still have to manage 70% attendance in all lectures throughout the semester
Hostel Facilities:
So there are 2 hostel for boys and 2 hostel for girls inside the campus and the others are outside but close to the college The hostel are average when it comes to meal quality Initially you will hate it but you will get used to it There are both Ac and non AC rooms So you can choose according to your concern
Likes
- The Graphic era Campus facilities are very nice.
- The facilities regarding technical assistance is very good.
Dislikes
- The placement Procedure is a bit messy in GEU/GEHU
- Cleaning at hostels is inappropriate and hostel staff do whatever they want to do.
Hostel Facilities:
Hostel facilities are bit more expensive as per the fees charged . They charge around 1.25 lacs for not a year but only for two semesters . The hostel mess food is not up to Mark the dinner and lunch are very bad . Other facilities like badminton , table tennis , carrom , chess are provided inside the hostel only .
Likes
- good infrastructure - buildings are not too far from each other therefore convenient for students to take classes like PDP which may be organised in different building
- good campus environment - peaceful atmosphere and weather here is also good
Dislikes
- less industrial tours - everytime they plan a tour they ask to pay for it
- no focus on projects - teachers assign the project and then leave it upto you
Hostel Facilities:
The hostel in which i was accomodated was triple sharing. Now your comfort depends on how you are and what type of room mates you get. Laundry facility is available with an extra pay of Rs 4000 a year. Meal quality is very good in mess with different food all the four times and all the seven days. The hostel can be booked at the time of admission.

Dislikes
- Hostel mess sometimes make mood change of leaving the hostel.
- Outings for hostels are very short and strictness is maintained for students.
Hostel Facilities:
They provide us good foods 24 into 7 hot water all sweepers are there hygienic are very good geyser to bed two bed sheet one study table one table one chair one almirah attach bathroom single room are there ACS are there for student so all facilities are there gems are there gardens are there

- Campus and faculties are good also what they do activities
- They are teaching technique and their facilities given to student to learn many more
Dislikes
- Semester is like of 4 months only almost
- Little bit of hostel foods are not good sometimes it's good but sometimes it's very bad
Hostel Facilities:
Hostel life is also good day is to give us Wi-Fi RO water 24 into 7 hot water with laundry facilities they used to give a mess for time of food and gym is also there so it's good and one more thing they have a good hostels with all the security with CCTV camera and many more things and their bread are also good they have TV and table tennis and carrom like playing things

- About the infrastructure and beauty of the campus.
- Continuously conducting programs and cultural activities for students.
Dislikes
- The quality of food in the hostel which is in campus.
- Attendance criteria is of about 75% which os a headache for many students.
Hostel Facilities:
There are many hostels in all over the campus available with 2 , 3 and 4 seated rooms. Charges of hostel is somewhat expensive in which I am staying it is of 150K per year. Food is good at my hostel and particular to time.
Likes
- Facility of food ,transportation, education quality ,faculty nature.
- Cultural clubs , yojnas ,freshers, farewell, development programs.
Dislikes
- Students behaviour ,abusing words, fees structures, limitation of courses.
Hostel Facilities:
Hostel facilities are very good as the warden is very friendly but also strict at the time of action taking and food or hostel is also very good and healthy and the room accommodation is also good there will be 4 students in 1 room and hostel also have air conditioner rooms.
