I want to go into corporate law. For that purpose, the B.Com LLB program is more suitable. The knowledge that I have gained from subjects that were specifically taught to BCom LLB students helped me ace the Company Law subject.
I chose this course because I was always interested in law as a career. There are two faculty members per subject and it's a class of 60 students and there are 6 subjects per sem and two faculty members per subject. The faculty members are good and the exams are conducted on time.
I chose B.com. LL.B. (Hons.) firstly because I wanted to get into corporate law. The faculty at ILNU is amazing and the student and faculty ratio here is very much balanced. We have an amazing set of professors who are very well qualified and their teaching pattern is something that makes ILNU a Law School with a difference. We have no. of exams which are spread evenly in our semester which also makes it easier for us to score in a pretty much easy way.
Faculty. Many say that the college doesn't have senior faculties but to me, this has never been a problem. There are two faculties for every subject & in all the cases, at least one of the two is quite good. The college is quite selective when it comes to recruitment of faculties & students get a say in the process. This year only, it was on three occasions that we were asked & listened as to the appointment of faculties. The faculties are really helpful, even in the time of the pandemic, they are visiting the college and working diligently. On numerous occasions, I have asked the teachers to have a call & they have talked with me for hours. Honestly, they know how to handle students. Course Curriculum. . Each student has its own liking of courses but I find the curriculum to be fine & fair. In later semesters, the college offers 32 subjects out of which 8 subjects are to be chosen by the students. This is what makes the Honours course different from regular LLB.
The syllabus was pretty much upto date. Yes, every semester entails mandatory internship. Most the facilities were very nice with good explanation skills. Nikita koradia ma'am, Sukrit Garg Sir and Neeraj Gupta Sir are exceptionally good.
I find fee structure quite expensive. My fee was 1. 5 lakh per annum. NEFT, RTGS and paytm was accepted as payment mode. Yes we have to pay additional fees like for cultural events, convocation, alumni fees etc. Yes college provide transparency in the fee breakdown. They give us proper receipt for our payment.
All everything are good. nice academic sessions and faculties are good.
The fee structure of our college is comparatively i think is much more than the facilities and services that are being offered and specially the quality of education which we are given I think don't fullfill the bench mark which it should be as per the fees we are being charged. And also the college every year increases some amount of fees for the new batch means that there is continuous rise in the fees for the coming batches but no improvement in the quality of studies and other extracurricular activities.
Average at my time. At present it is expensive but if we compared other private colleges than it is not much expensive as other law college charges or University. My time it cost around 108000 annualy but at present it more than 200000.
When compared to other law schools it's equal, but otherwise it's very expensive. It's 2.5 lakhs per annum without mess and hostel so yes it gets very expensive. But nirma does provide you scholarships and all so it gets easy.
