From semester 8 student becomes eligible it is a period when the internships began. Students are getting placed in very good firms throughout the country and even a few of them are getting positions in foreign countries. Around 70-75% are getting hired every year but mostly based on their performance throughout the year. I'm not sure whether the companies come to college and pick students but yes students have options and opportunities to approach the firm and they certainly get placed. Even faculties are also good helpful and give the opportunity to join their firm itself.
After graduation if i talk about recent scenario, there are lot of competition in market for catching of job so it is difficult to find job or it is difficult to find good packages so if u have some extra ordinary quality than only you will get good job
The placements and job opportunities are very good if you are scoring good marks from the very start then there will be a lot of job opportunities available for you after the last semester cause the placement structure of the college is very good for the students here.
well as i mentioned there were no placements for our batch so i cannot comment on this. But i did get a good job after the 5 year course which does not mean my college sucks but thanks to the college i loved my profession and this helped me get a great job and kept my passion alive as an architect.
There are no placements for this field. Architecture as a field have no placements from the colleges. Students find their way . Its not very difficult to find jobs. Just keep compiling your work and make a portfolio of the compiled work. Architecture as the field has no placement provisions like engineering or other courses offer.
There were no placements at that point in time .I am not sure about now . But from what I know that there are exhibitions held of the work of students where different architects from their respective firm comes and analyse the work of students and the select the best among them .
It's kinda tough. Very difficult to get a job because of high number of students passing out and less number of firms. What they want is an experience and for that they are not ready to give an experience. Very less pay and high working hours.
